Andy is a Partner of the firm, where he is primarily responsible for structuring and negotiating transactions, as well as working on other business management matters. Andy joined Chancellor Capital Management (a predecessor firm of Invesco) in 1993 and he became General Counsel in 1997. Following Chancellor's acquisition by Invesco in 1998, he became the Administrative Partner of Invesco Private Capital.
Andy began his career in 1985 as a Corporate Associate at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton, specializing in private capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, U.S. securities laws and investment management.
In 1986, Andy received a JD from the New York University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar. He earned an MA in Clinical Psychology from New York University in 1983, and a BA in Clinical Psychology and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
